Build Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry Job Description: Roofer required to carry out investigation / repairs to domestic buildings, predominantly blocks of flats. Requirements: Experience in trace and access - KEY Slating Tiling Flat Roofing Cement Work Specialist roofing systems i.e. Kemper / Sarnafil Experience using cherry pickers Included with the package will be: - Sign written van (as soon as available) - Fuel card - Mobile phone (app to be used for completing jobs) - Any courses that we feel would benefit the engineer - Company uniform and PPE (must be worn at all times) - Call outs (1 in every 4 weeks compulsory with the option to opt in for more) Call out rates are as follows (door to door): - Minimum 2 hour call £65 - 3 hour call £90 - 4 hour call £115 - Thereafter per hour £20 On Friday @ 5pm – Monday @ 8am Weeknights @ 5pm – 8am the following day. Off on the following Friday morning at 8am and the next team takes over that evening. Please send your CV for consideration.
