Job Description
If you are currently working for a Housing Developer in their Customer Care Department I am keen to speak to you!
You will need a good understanding of the customer care journey, defects and be able to deliver 5* customer care even when you are under pressure
Duties:
* Logging defects
* Dealing with customer queries & complaints
* Communicating with customers over the phone, via email & via social media platforms
* Site visits where needed
* Working as a team
* Booking in repairs
