Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes & Reece are working with a highly successful, tier one main contractor that specialise in planned and reactive maintenance for the social housing sector. This highly regarded main contractor is in search of an experienced reactive maintenance Quantity Surveyor to work on a reactive maintenance contract in the Westminster region. As the Quantity Surveyor within this business, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the reactive maintenance contract, working within a commercial team 3, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and overseeing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The suitable candidate will have a stable main contracting background, able to demonstrate a proven track record of working on reactive maintenance and large repairs contracts. Previous experience of working on a PPP model is beneficial but not essential for this role.
