Job Description

Assistant Buyer required in Essex GVR Solutions are representing specialists in fully supported hard metal roofing, facades and cladding systems for all types of projects. They are based is Essex and are seeking an Assistant Buyer to join their team. Assistant Buyer duties: * Ordering materials prior to commencement on-site * Recording orders, failed deliveries and call off on spreadsheets * Liaising with management regarding delivery dates and site requirements * Chasing late deliveries * Reconciling invoices * Administration Assistant Buyer requirements: * Good Excel/Microsoft Word experience * Confident * Good phone manner * Looking to grow within the company for long term career * Good organisation skills * 1-2 years construction buying experience necessary, preferably for a contractor not a supplier If you meet all the Assistant Buyer requirements above and are interested in the position, then please get in touch
