Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Trainee Quantity Surveyor required in Essex GVR Solutions are representing specialists in fully supported hard metal roofing, facades and cladding systems for all types of projects. They are based is Essex and are seeking a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Trainee Quantity Surveyor duties will be to: * Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to progress on site * Pricing variations * Checking site progress (visit site), record progress and transfer onto monthly payment applications * Gradually working up to contractual agreements * Reviewing drawings, keeping note of any changes Requirements for the Trainee Quantity Surveyor: * Construction related education or Degree Qualified * Must be computer literate * Full driving licence required * CSCS card ideal but not a necessity * Any construction experience is a bonus but not necessary If you meet all the Trainee Quantity Surveyor requirements above and are interested in the position, then please get in touch
