Head of Technical – Residential Developer – Kent Basic Salary: £95,000 to £120,000 Package: £8,000 Car allowance 20% Bonus Private Health Care - Family Cover 7% Pension 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday A prestigious developer in Kent is looking to strengthen technical team by bringing an experienced Head of Technical. The MD is actively looking for a Head of Technical from a residential developer or main contractor, with solid residential experience. He is looking for an experienced manager who have managed technical teams of 3 or larger. This is great opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects in Kent and Surrey region. Role You will be responsible for directing, leading and managing the technical team, this position requires a manager capable of thinking and planning on a strategic basis whilst ensuring the control of a strong team through clear leadership, training and motivation. You will be required to manage all technical delivery aspects of Construction operations in this area, controlling and reporting on design solutions, delivery and associated financial and legal matters against set budgets; reporting progress to the board of management. You will need good problem-solving abilities, be a first-rate communicator and presenter, with well-rounded analytical and interpersonal skills. As a member of the Constructions Management team, you will participate and contribute fully in steering the wider business to achieve its objectives Required Skills/Qualifications Construction related degree Main Contractor or Residential Developer experience essential RC Frame/Low rise Residential experience and worked on projects values from £10million plus in Kent.
