General Manager (Depot) Durham, Co Durham £50,000 - £55,000 + Medical + Life Assurance + Pension + Bonus Position available for a General Manager from a Construction, Heavy Plant, civil engineering or similar industry to join an expanding market leading construction company, playing a key role in their continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity where you will be responsible for driving performance, implementing operational continuous improvements and leading, mentoring and developing a skilled team. In this position you will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness and improvements in a flagship site, working closely with the colleagues and stakeholders to ensure overall business objectives are achieved. You will also be responsible for championing H&S, P&L, the monitoring and reporting KPI’s as well as the coaching and development of a team. This is an ideal role for an experienced leader from the construction hire or civil engineering industries who wants to join a well-established industry leader in a crucial, strategic role.
