Multi Skilled Trades - Social Housing Repairs North London Temp to Perm - Starting throughout July 2020 Competitive Rates + Company van Howells are recruiting for a team of Multi Skilled Trades to work on a Social Housing repairs and maintenance contract, to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted and void social housing properties in North London. Multi Trade Experience - We are looking for Carpenters and Plumbers who are also confident in carrying out additional trades such as minor Brickwork, Patch Plastering, Decorating, Floor laying and Tiling. Additional Requirements NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified Valid Clean UK Driving Licence Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required Experience working within tenanted properties Familiar with PDA usage Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)Client information You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success.
