Job title: Senior Town Planner Location: York Salary: Competitive Penguin Recruitment are supporting an established consultancy in their search to recruit for a Senior Town Planner to join the team of Chartered Planners. My client have been in the industry for 30 years and have been providing their clients on a wide range of planning advice all across the UK. We are looking for candidates who are looking for the next step in their career or someone who has been in a similar level role within a private practice. The successful candidaate will have experience within housing land supply assessments whilst also having experience working on residential projects in a rural setting. You will be joining an excellent, supportive team based in the York area which will offer the successful candidates an opportunity to further their career within the sector.
