Senior Estimator - West London A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to work with a UK Main Contractor that is undertaking a period of sustainable growth in the London and South East. The right person will be required to create cost plans on £5million to £100milion bid/tenders, have strong technical and build ability knowledge that feeds into the early stage design of the projects. My client covers a range of projects from residential schemes to industrial & commercial and governmental developments. Job Responsibilities - Understanding the fabric of the building i.e. RC frames, groundwork's, facades M&E etc Great ideas and collaborative on how to produce cost plans Helping with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activitiesCore Abilities - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues Responding to changing business circumstances and readily adapts to maintain effective performance Take responsibility for personal improvement, learning from experience and new situations Knowledge and understanding of construction and ability to work on tenders up to £100m Have experience with working for a Tier 1/2 main contractor.For more information, please get in contact with Rob Morgan
