HVAC Improver THE COMPANY FM Company based in Hampshire Been operating for 20 years Have a team of around 30 engineers in London Area of work is predominantly Central London High end hotels – including Claridge’s, The Mandrake, The Connaught, The Vanilla Room, Sofitel (Luxury Hotel in Gatwick), The Bulgari, The Berkley Hotel. Maclaren Technology Centre They carry out Installation, Commissioning, service, maintenance & breakdown. Chillers, AC, Fire Alarms, Fridge, Infra-red, UPS & Generators, Plumbing, Roofing, Duct Cleaning, PPM, Legionella, Boilers, Ventilation & Electrical SALARY & PACKAGE Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 Hours: 40 hour week Flexible Working Hours: Engineers can work - 8.00-4.00/ 7.00–3.00 / 9.00-5.00 - as long as 8 Hours are worked.
