Residential Leading Hand/ Working Foreman

Role: Residential Leading Hand/ Working Foreman Location: SE London & Central –Residential refurb Start date: ASAP Description: Long Term - Carpenter 1st fix carpentry (walls, roofs, Joists work, Cladding, plasterboarding) 2nd fix Carpentry ( Doors, Skirtings, flooring) Joinery (Bespoke) Read plans – Organise labour and sub-contractors The ideal person: Ability to run a team of directly employed labour plus specialist sub-contractors on site whilst working on the tools. Needs to be open to learning new skills and mucking in with all trades. Reporting to a visiting PM and Director, the focus for the role will be on keeping the work on track through managing labour on site and promptly recording any problems/ delays with scheduled works. CSCS is preferred but not essential. Day rate between £170 - £190 CIS paid weekly Please respond with an up to date CV
