Mechanical Project Engineer

A exciting opportunity as arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established North East based M&E contractor on a permanent basis. A fantastic chance to join a dynamic and forward thinking business offering a realistic opportunity for progression whilst working on a wide variety of projects from inception to completion. Roles and Responsibilities: * To deliver multiple projects overseeing all mechanical aspects of the jobs. * Responsible for pre-construction & design management and commercial management along with programming and progress reports. * Overseeing and implementing Health & Safety on site, management of Sub Contractors and suppliers, Reporting, Quality Management & Client Liaison. * Must be able to demonstrate experience delivering projects from contract award to commissioning, practical completion, client training, issue of handover documentation & final handover. Projects are varied including Industrial and Commercial although experience within the Healthcare sector would be an advantage. You must be able to demonstrate a working history and clear experience of working on projects within the UK in the Building Services sector.
