LRL are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner with Multi Trade experience to work on an ongoing contract for a Facilities Management Company. (Must have fire door experience). This role is an ongoing contract covering areas throughout the North West and surrounding areas. Qualified to NVQ Level 2 standard and CSCS minimum Green card holder, with Fabric Engineer experience within commercial building installions ands maintenance, Carrying out Fabric/Handyman/Maintenance works, with Specific knowledge of working within Police Stations, Ambulance Stations and Care Homes is essential. Duties such as hanging doors, fire doors, digital locks, repairing damaged architraves, door frames, boarding up damaged windows, hanging up notice boards, etc. Other duties can include low level plumbing work, patch plastering, tiling and minor electrical such as wiring up sockets, replacing light bulbs. Experience of PDA or IPAD technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential, as this forms part of the process to complete and sign off each job. Duties include maintenance of :- Hanging, shaving and refurbishing of doors Replacement and encoding of Security locks General maintenance of the fabric of a commercial building including:- Maintenance of Kitchens, Bathrooms, Communal Areas Successful candidate would receive a Branded Group Van, Uniform, PPE and Apple IPAD Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8 hours per day (40 hours per week), with Overtime to suit each project Pay Rate - Circa £16.00/£17.00 per hour Company Van & Fuel Card - Vehicle can be utilised for personal use Long Term Contract PPE IPAD Working Pattern & Overtime 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Midweek after 5pm (Time and a half) (x1.5) *Please note that overtime is not always guaranteed, however there is a possibility with the upcoming work load that there could be parts of overtime each week. Qualifications, Certification & Client Requirements CSCS Green or Blue Card NVQ Qualification (Carpentry & Joinery.) Proven experience in Multi Skilled Handyman work 2 Project specific references UK Driving Licence Insurance Policy means you must be 24+ years old to use Group Vehicles A DBS Check / CRB Check / Scottish Disclosure is not essential but could be beneficial / advantageous.
