Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - London/Hampshire A highly successful specialist subcontractor that offer a number of services to Main Contractors within the construction industry are looking for an experienced M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them in the heart of Hampshire. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a big part in the commercial function across a number of projects within sectors such as Commercial, Hotels, Data Centres, Retail, Offices and Heritage. With an impressive project portfolio and a turnover of over £50m, this subcontractor started trading over 40 years ago, whilst exceeding client’s expectations and going from strength to strength as the year's progress. The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting to the Managing Surveyor on a day to day basis whilst running 4 projects at a time. Projects will range in the sectors they specialise in, with all schemes within the London area. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will spend 2 days in the office, then the following 3 days on-site. The Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful Quantity Surveyor should have experience of working in a Senior M&E Quantity Surveying role. * Must have come from an M&E subcontractor. * Must have worked on similar schemes ranging from 500k to £10m. * Looked after more junior Quantity Surveyors will be an advantage. * BSc Quantity Surveying or similar qualification.
