Site Engineer / Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join a reputable regional builder who carry out new build traditional and timber frame housing to the spec and social housing sectors. The Client: Established over 25 years ago they are one of Yorkshire's most well respected builders undertaking a variety of projects ranging from small high end developments to mass housing sites. I have seen first hand how they reward their staff and have succesfully placed people in the business who have been promoted through the ranks. The Role: They have a large development expected to last circa 5 years starting next month. The groundworks packages have already been subbed out and they are looking to appoint an experienced engineer to set out roads, sewers, plots and boundaries aswell as acting as the maincontractor groundworks manager.
