Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator We have been asked by a leading construction company to find a Senior Estimator to add immediate support to their bid team on a freelance basis. They work in a variety of sectors from both private and public sector housing, education, health and commercial. Their project values range from £5m-£35m and are a mixture of new build and refurbishment. As a Senior Estimator you will need to have experience of conquest software and a main contracting Estimating background is required for this role. You will as a Senior Estimator work in a bid team consisting of Planners, Design Managers and other Estimators. The Initial tenders you will be involved in will be a £12m healthcare project with some residential apartments and an £8m residential project in Harrow.
