Assistant Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their large residential development in Hertfordshire. You will be working on a residential scheme consisting of 200 units. Th The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the two Site Managers on site, out on site and assisting with documentation in the office, managing works and sub-contractors on site. Ideal candidate must have good experience working on traditional build houses and having worked for a high volume UK Housebuilder. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert.
