Plumber

We now have an opportunity for a Plumber to join us to provide a comprehensive Plumbing service to domestic and commercial properties. Repairing external cold water gutter and drainage systems and installing / replacing hot and cold water supplies, including baths, sinks, showers and toilets including waste systems, you will locate and repair hot and cold water bursts and excavate ground to repair external cold water supplies and drainage systems and clear blocked drains and toilets. Tracing, diagnosing and identifying faults on hot and cold water systems, you will repair kitchen units and sink units and carry out programmed maintenance and servicing in domestic premises. You will also be expected to liaise with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, calculations using measuring equipment where appropriate. Competent in all aspects of the plumbing trade discipline and with experience of working on maintenance of domestic properties, pre paint repairs and refurbishments, you will have multi skilling experience and be able to work as part of a team. A current driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold an CSCC card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
