Planning Engineer

Planning Engineer (Construction) Dublin 8 (remote working options) €55-65k We are looking to recruit a Planner for a medium sized planning consultancy who are currently working on Data centre, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Scientific Research, Pharmaceutical and Educational projects in Ireland, UK, Sweden, and Middle East This role will suit somone who is looking to transition from a Site Engineer role to a Planning role, with trainnig provided. They have delivered a range of construction projects in Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East for main contractors, developers, design firms, project management organisations, bluechip companies and government bodies. This position involves worknig on tenders, preconstruction. Key Responsibilities: * Develop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions * Develop detailed master construction programmes * Develop project controls procedures * Prepare and manage progress reports * 4D and sequencing plans, * design management, delay analysis and client interface management * Develop method statements * Account management of existing clients * Business development activities with new clients * Degree in engineering, construction management, or similar. * 2-3 years’ construction experience, in a Site Engnieering / Planning / Construction Management role * Relevant experience in the construction Industry, preferably main contractor experience * Asta / P6 / MS project proficiency * Likes autonomy, is pro-active and results driven To register your interest please send CV in Word to john.behan@icds.ie or call +353 (phone number removed) for more
