My Client is looking for an experienced Property Lettings manager to join their team and help ensure business goals are achieved by making valuable contributions to the role. Job Description/Skills * Maintain high occupancy across the portfolio * Process new lettings, lease renewals and rent increases * Undertake check-in/check-out appointments and periodic inspections * Maintain total regulatory compliance and accurate records * Experienced in Managing residential properties * Minimum of 2 years experience as a lettings Negotiator/Residential property manager.
