Multi Trade Operative (Social Housing) Carpenters or Plumbers Liverpool area £25,000 Permanent role, van, tools and PDA supplied Are you an experienced Carpenter, Plumber or Multi Trader? Do you have experience working in Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance along with the drive to further your career in a rewarding new position? If so, we may be able to help you! Here at Howells, we are working with a leading UK Contractor and Regeneration Group to find an efficient Multi Skilled Tradesman with sufficient knowledge of most trades to join their team in Liverpool, tcompleting repairs within tenanted properties. Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/ maintenance in social housing properties. We are looking for candidates who are available to start Monday 29 June 2020. Vans and fuel card, tools and PDA's provided. This is a full time, temporary role with a 40 hour working week. You will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
