Accounts Administrator

£20-25K
12 Month Contract
Our construction client requires a full time member of staff to work as part of their busy accounts office. You will be required to have previous experience within an accounts of finance team within construction and/or have knowledge of the sub-contractor market.
Duties include but not limited to:
Dealing with full finance function including purchase ledger, credit control, reconciliation, invoicing, banking and general accounts administration
Supporting payroll for directly employed staff
Dealing with all associated paperwork and timesheets for sub-contractors and agency labour
Skills and Experience
Knowledge of Integrity accounting software or other construction accounting software products would be an advantage
Be able to deal with people at all levels, from on-site staff to MD level
Ability to pick up new tasks efficiently and quickly absorb any training given
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Hours are set at 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excellent facilities and parking available. Start date scheduled for during August 2020
