Technical Coordinator

Technical Manager - Residential Developer 300 unit Mixture of Traditional and RC Frame. You will be the lead on this site reporting into a Technical Director. Initially one day a week on site and the rest of time in head office. £65,000 - £75,000 + Car or allowance + annual bonus -up to 10% of salary. Must have experience on RC Frame builds at all stages of the design process. You must of lead the technical side of a similar sized project - ideally for another developer but will consider from a main contractor also. Shown good communication skills and have a proactive approach when dealing with consultants and site teams - building a good relationship here will be key to your success within the business.
