Senior Estimator

I am recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a client of mine in Newbury, Berkshire. This is a role working for a main contractor estimating new build and refurbishment projects up to the value of £20million. The salary on offer for the position is up to £65,000 plus package depending on experience. Role and responsibilities: * Working as part of the pre-construction team * Reporting into the Pre Construction Manager * Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates * Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live Requirements: * Experience working for a main contractor on projects up to £5m * Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager * Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages Salary and benefits: * Salary up to £65,000 * Company car or car allowance * Benefits package If you are interested in this role please apply!
