Freelance Senior Technical Manager

We have a rare opportunity for a Freelance Senior Technical Manager to work for a high profile residential developer based in Surrey. This will be working on a greenfield site which is based in Hampshire of approximately 500 units of traditional build residential housing and low rise apartments. This site will be running for approximately 10-12 years and consists of challenging topography. Due to the nature of this development as it will be a flagship site for this developer we are looking for someone who has worked on a very similar site before and can demonstrate an extensive career history with large residential developers building out large multi phase traditional build developments.
