Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor – fit out - Central London M&E contractor £80,000 - £90,000 Keplar Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a market leading M&E contractor based in London. This specialist contractor is an established name in the market with a strong order book. The successful applicant will be working for a company who have an annual turnover in excess of £80M and be working on projects in value from £1-5 M. This role requires someone to previously have worked for an M&E Contractor as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial fit out projects. To be suitable for the position you must have: Worked on M&E Packages of works over 2 million A minimum of 5 years' experience on UK projects Experience and knowledge in M&E Commercial Projects Experience in NEC and JCT forms of contract A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Good working knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, MS project, Powerpoint etc. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing early stage budgets and detailed cost plans Performing risk and value management and cost control Preparing tender and contracts documents, including bills of quantities Measurement from drawings of the Mechanical and Electrical components Providing advice on contractual claims Maintain contemporaneous accurate records Valuing completed work and compiling application for payment Monthly cost and value reports Project cost and programme forecasts Please apply right away with your CV if interested or call Phil Graham on (phone number removed) or email Philip . graham @ (url removed) for more information
