Mechanical Site Supervisor

Our Client is a major Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor employing over 200 people. We are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Building Services Installation Supervisor to oversee a small team on their behalf. The role involves overseeing Mechanical HVAC installation on a large government warehouse project. We specifically require a Mechanical Site Supervisor with previous experience of working on Governmental Buildings, Military Bases or similar. The successful candidate will be required to undergo standard home office security clearance and our client would like to recruit an individual who has been through this process in the past. In addition, our client is looking for an individual who lives no more than 50 miles from Cambridge. The role involves Mechanical Supervision on a large-scale HVAC installation. The systems to be installed are relatively straightforward but due to the nature of the site there are some unique considerations. We are looking for a good communicator who can get the best out of people. This is a long-term, unique and interesting project for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Installation Supervisor. There is a good chance of follow on work. Although this is initially a contract role, our client may consider candidates looking for a staff position if preferred
