Mechanical Project Manager

Our Client is a major Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor employing over 200 people. On their behalf, we are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Building Services Installation Project Manager to oversee Mechanical HVAC installation on a large government warehouse project. We specifically require a Mechanical Project Manager with previous experience of working on Governmental Buildings, Military Bases or similar. The successful candidate will be required to undergo standard security clearance and our client would like to recruit an individual who has been through this process in the past. In addition, our client is looking for an individual who lives no more than 50 miles from Cambridge. The role involves management of a large scale HVAC installation. The systems to be installed are relatively straightforward but due to the nature of the site there are some unique considerations. In particular, we are looking for someone who is a good communicator, as the role involves liaising with some specialist stakeholders and there will be daily contact with the client. This is a long-term, unique and interesting project for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Manager. There is a good chance of follow on work.
