Job Description
Type: Permanent Role
This NEW strategic role will report directly to on of the Board of Directors and will work closely to influence and coach the operational teams promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
A key focus on the Quality side is to review and ensure policies and procedures are in place. Current systems include OHSAS18001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 and the company are now looking to achieve ISO45001. The role will involve conducting group audits and compliance training. Your background MUST demonstrate experience of planning and implanting at a strategic level whilst still retaining a very ‘hands-on’ approach.
The client is looking for: -
CQI OR IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor certificate
Extensive experience of managing ISO 18001 / 14001 / 9001 systems
Knowledge CDM 2015 Regulations
Working at Heights
Lifting Regulations
Environmental Waste
Strategic planning & implementation
Proficiency in reviewing RAMS and Safety Systems of work
The role will be mainly office based from the client’s central midlands business but will also involve traveling to project sites to support their operational teams.
Package on offer; -
£40,000 - £55,000 depending on level of experience
Car allowance £7,000 per annum
