Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client are a groundworks subcontractor who work throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, North London and the Home Counties. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Whilst the projects they work on range from £5k - £2m the average value of their projects are normally £250k - £750k. Expertise includes drainage and services, paving, roads and 278 works and retaining walls. The successful candidate must: Be able to work on variations;; Have a good knowledge of groundworks packages; Be happy to work alongside a Commercial Manager; Have at least 2 years post grad experience
