About the Role You will be joining a small and efficient management team of four and help promote and manage loyal and dedicated site teams working with us on our projects. This is an exciting multi-task role to provide day to day support and management based back up for the site contracting side of business. You would be working closely with the Managing Director and Production Director and reporting directly to them. As a growing business, the role will incorporate developing promotional ideas and marketing strategies so a progressive and innovative attitude is essential. Required Capabilities of the ideal candidate who will be Office based 95% of the time…….. Skilled office manager, to help create systems and operations/processing – with good spoken and written English and IT skills. Very self-motivated and genial on telephone Good client liaison skills with Quantity surveying/Estimating knowledge Construction background/knowledge preferably in Restoration / Stone masonry High degree of practical understanding of construction works and the contract environment, and who is capable of writing and issuing Method Statements and Risk Assessments, with a good understanding of Health and Safety issues on site CAD drawing or similar ability would be very useful Sociable and good humoured Highly disciplined and methodical approach to work Someone who is able to create and maintain systems of work High degree of financial awareness and cost analysis Computer literate with Word and Excel skills You will be a real team member who will make a BIG difference to a GREAT company, they employ on attitude, ability and aptitude !
