Job Description
A Tyne & Wear Local Authority are keen to source a suitably qualified Project Manager to work on site within their Homes division.
Ideally candidates should be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent professional qualification and have extensive experience of delivering major refurbishment schemes and new build developments within a project management capacity. Candidates are expected to have operational management experience and the ability to take a project from inception and design, to on-site delivery, managing resources and contractors to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
All candidates will be required to hold a valid full UK driving license and have access to their own transport on a daily basis (Business mileage to be claimed), as travel to and from active sites is required. All candidates must also hold a valid UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate and a valid CSCS card.
Hourly rate c£24hr via umbrella pay method as you will fall inside IR35 for this contract purpose.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
