Site Engineer / Site Agent

I am currently working with a Construction Contractor who mainly specialise in Civil Engineering and Rail contracts, but who also carry out Main Contractor commercial building projects. They are currently looking to grow their business and are looking for ambitious individuals to join the business and grow with them. Ideally you will have a Graduate Engineer background, with between 3 - 5 years experience as an Civil / Site Engineer. You may also have some supervision or management experience, either managing a team of engineers or parts of a project. The successful candidate will want to develop their career and grow from being an Engineer, developing, learning and gaining an appreciation of all aspects of multiple roles within contracting, such as a Site Agent or Project Manager. With a variety of projects undertaken, you will achieve a whole range of experience in a dynamic, ambitious company. Additional qualifications such as SMSTS or SSSTS would be an advantage but by no means are essential. Full "on the job" training in additional aspects of the role you would be expected to carry out will be given, as well as formal qualification opportunities. Please note the business does carry out contracts throughout the UK, so being willing to travel and see different parts of the country would be a distinct advantage. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
