Electrical Clerk of Works - Liverpool

Electrical Clerk of Works sought for immediate start role in Liverpool Contract duration: c. 18 months Project type: New build hospital Hours available: c. 38 hours per week With this post you will be working for the design consultancy representing the local NHS Trust on this massive £350 million new build hospital site. Your role will be to ensure that the contractors team are carrying out the installation according to agreed standards, HTM and building regulation standards as well as keeping a log of progress. It is essential that you have worked as a Clerk of Works previously on a non-domestic scheme, have an electrical building services background and worked on healthcare schemes previously dealing with current UK HTM's. Qualification wise, you will need to have some form of electrical building services qualification, possibly membership of the Institute of CoW or CIBSE and be comfortable working with online project collaboration/information storage packages such as 4Projects. This is an immediate start, long term post on one of (if not the) largest schemes in the north - a brilliant opportunity to build your CV and experience.
