M&E Project Manager

We are looking for an M&E Project Manager for a fast track £20m office fit-out contract in Central London, managing the scheme from start to finish. Our client is an established electrically-biased sub-contractor with an annual turnover of £60m, making them one of the major players in the commercial office fit out sector with an impressive forward pipeline of further presigious projects in Central London. The ideal individual will have a background delivering projects in both a sub-contracting and main contracting environment, have advanced client facing skills and be confident programming, planning and procurement. This is a long term contract opportunity to start mid July and will be ongoing, day rate around £275pd
