Site Manager - Residential Fit-out

Connect Construction Recruitment are working on behalf of a client that work in the high-spec residential sector. We are able to offer suitable candidates a 6 - 10 week project in North London. Duties to include; * Management of sub-contractors and direct labour * Maintaining client communication and working pro-actively to deliver the project on time * Identifying snags, communicating tasks to contractors and documenting once complete * Hands on approach to delivery having a presence on site Requirements * SSSTS or SMSTS preferred * CSCS * 5 years or more high-end residential experience We would love to hear from you if you have the relevant experience
