We are open, honest, friendly and do our absolute best to find you your ideal role, negotiating those final steps at the point of an offer being made My client is one of the largest contractors in Powys, over the last 20 years, They have established themselves as a regular Framework Contractor and have an excellent reputation for the completion of contracts within Powys and the surrounding area. Their workforce is their most valuable asset, and they are looking to expand and enhance their contracting team. About the Role: * The ideal candidate must have the ability to lead and motivate the existing team, ensuring all projects are delivered within timescales and exceeding their clients' expectations, This role will include working on a wide range of projects which include residential, healthcare, educational, commercial and industrial installations. About the Candidate: * Electrical background, preferably to HNC level or above. * An energetic, well-organised individual with a proven track record of managing M & E installation projects. * Managing site health & safety, quality and environmental standards. * The organisation of the contracts team and engineers to meet the programmes. * Attending meetings with the main contractor. * Building good client relationships. * Experience in managing multiple projects at one time. * Excellent communication skills. * High IT competency.
