Most of their developments are of traditional build and ranging up to 200 plus units. They are looking to appoint Assistant Site Managers within their award-winning region on a permanent basis across the Hertfordshire region. It would be ideal if you have had experience of working on traditional housing developments either with a housing developer or contractor as the developments are fast paced and would suit applicants with experience in these types of environments. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including a car/car allowance, pension, healthcare, pension, and bonus on top of your basic salary.
