Senior Adoptions Engineer

A leading national housebuilder who have consistently 5* 'homebuilded' for the last 11 years are looking for an adoptions engineer. This unique opportunity is based in the Bristol office covering the Western region. You will oversee the 'bond schedule' and point of sale matters for the division within the technical team working on schemes from 100 to 5000 units. Thie hands on role will see you project managing relevant bodies and reducing bond liabilities. We are looking for candidates who are competent with engineering and adoptions area of with some residential experience. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple commissions.
