CaretakerMaintenance Person

We are currently seeking a CaretakerMaintenance Person to work on a temporary basis for a well established company based in the Medway Towns. The role will involve caretaking duties around the company premises such as keeping site clean and tidy on a daily basis, including litter picking, sweeping (manual and mechanical), window cleaning, fire checks, drain cleaning and some basic plumbingcarpentry. Along with practical DIY skills and a good awareness of health and safety, the successful candidate is required to hold a valid driving licence. Hours of work are flexible, Monday to Friday, working initially 20 hours although more hours would be available if required. Please apply with a CV for an immediate start
