Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor wanted for a leading multi-disciplined Main Contractor operating from the East London regional office. Quantity Surveyors will be reporting to the Commercial Manager. Quantity Surveyors will be splitting their time between Head Office and sites in North London, overseeing with monthly reporting, sub-contractor payments, day to day quantity surveying duties. Projects involve internal and external refurbishment works to Education, Housing & Healthcare sector buildings. Projects include refurbishment of housing, new build, internal refurbishment for Local Authority buildings Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills * Degree Qualified (Quantity Surveying or Similar) * Preferably working at an Intermediate level for a Main Contractor * 7+ year’s post graduate experience preferable Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits * £55,000 - £65,000 * Car Allowance - £5,000 * Annual Bonus (% Neg) * Private Healthcare EC Four are a dedicated recruitment partner for the UK Construction sector, working with the leading names in Tier 1 Construction through to local family run Building Contractors.
