Insulation & Cladding Package Manager – Kildare Euro Executive Recruitment seeks an experienced Package Manager to oversee the installation of all phases of the insulation and cladding for a leading Mechanical contractor on a large scale project based in Kildare The Role: * Direct, manage and maintain efficient best work practices and arrangement of activities per schedule to achieve and meet project milestones. * Chair weekly meetings regarding planning and progress of Subcontractor teams * Delivery of the Insulation and Cladding works successfully within agreed budget. * Manage costs and competency in change management coordination and efficient schedule driven closeout of change between Subcontractor and Client required * Drive BIM model to understand requirements, scope and identify challenges prior to issues arising * Plan and coordinate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in management of large projects. * Insulation/Cladding works required * Trade background and relevant 3rd level qualification required * Technical competence in understanding and directing subcontractors on comprehensive process mechanical P&IDs, specifications and details for the project essential * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work well as part of a large multidiscipline team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Navisworks and Autodesk BIM 360 required If you would like any further information on this position please contact Kevin Hallissey or to apply, click 'Apply Now' *All Applications will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
