We have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to manage an office refurbishment and fit-out in Manchester. It's expected this project will take 8 months to complete. The Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the project ensuring its completed to programme and budget, ensuring a high-quality finish. Requirements: * Minimum of 7 years Site Management experience. * SMSTS * Experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects from start to completion. * Must be able to provide references from previous employers.
