Job Title: Multi Trade Operative – Reactive Maintenance Sector: Social housing Salary: £30,000pa – Van and fuel card supplied + benefits (Holidays, Pension, Annual Bonus + annual salary increase) Additional: Overtime and call outs are available on request Location: Berkshire / Surrey Areas only (TW, SL, some GU postcodes) Skilled Careers are currently working on behalf of a large housing association based in the Berkshire / Surrey areas. My client is currently looking for skilled Multi operatives on a permanent basis to carry out work on occupied and voids properties across their property portfolio. My client is looking for multi-trade specialists who are confident in a main trade such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering or decorating along with other minor trades. The successful candidate will have experience working within the social housing sector and time served working in empty properties / voids environment.
