Works Manager, Berkshire My client, a thriving top tier Principle Building & Civil Engineering Contractor, is looking to appoint a focused and ambitious Works Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. The company operate in a range of fields but are specifically looking to recruit an experienced Works Manager with a strong and proven track record delivering projects within the Power/Nuclear, Water, MOD or Petro-chem sectors. My client pride themselves on providing tailored solutions to the demands of their clients’ needs and ensuring a stable and passionate workforce put their heart into everything they deliver. Key Responsibilities & Skills: Reporting directly to a site-based Project Manager Conducting Site Inductions Supervision of site labour & sub-contractors Attending client meetings Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality & ethics are maintained by all involved in the delivery of project Ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget. The Candidate: Must be able to display a proven track record of successful delivery of projects in a similar capacity Experience of compliance with health & safety and environmental requirements Strong communication skills Strong leadership skills Committed, Enthusiastic, Strong work ethic, Independent thinker SMSTS/SSSTS First Aid CSCS Salary & Benefits: Salary will be highly competitive dependent upon experience Company Car / Car Allowance Company Mobile Holidays
