Sub Agent, Berkshire My client, a thriving top tier Principle Building & Civil Engineering Contractor, is looking to appoint a focused and ambitious Sub-Agent to join their business on a permanent basis. The company operate in a range of fields but are specifically looking to recruit a Sub-Agent with a strong and proven track record delivering projects within the Power/Nuclear, Water, MOD or Petro-chem sectors. My client pride themselves on providing tailored solutions to the demands of their clients’ needs and ensuring a stable and passionate workforce put their heart into everything they deliver. Key Responsibilities & Skills: Reporting directly to Site Agent / Project Manager Management / Co-ordination of Site Engineers Producing RAMS Quality Assurance Dealing with material take-off’s Liaising with design reams and dealing with Technical Queries, RFI’s etc. The Candidate: Must be able to display a proven track record of successful delivery of projects in a similar capacity Civil Engineering background essential Experience of compliance with health & safety and environmental requirements Working Knowledge of CDM regulations & design management, Experienced in programme and risk management and cost control Strong communication skills Committed, Enthusiastic, Strong work ethic, Independent thinker Leadership experience Salary & Benefits: Salary will be highly competitive dependent upon experience Company Car / Car Allowance Company Mobile Holidays
