Project Engineer/Scientist (WATERPROOFING MATERIALS & SYSTEMS) North London, UK £32K to £36K (depending on experience) Our client is a leading provider of test, approval & certification services to manufacturers of products and systems in the construction industry. The main responsibility of the Project Engineer/Scientist will be to manage multiple projects and prepare contract offers and estimates relating the investigation, assessment and approval of WATERPROOFING/COATINGS products & systems. In addition, you will be required to research and investigate aspects of construction product performance. You will also regularly converse with clients, ensuring maintenance of a good quality service and standards, at all times. The ideal candidate will have: Good knowledge of construction products/materials relating to WATERPROOFING & MEMBRANES. Good knowledge of Building Regulations and relevant standards. Strong technical background with an understanding & analysis of technical matters, particularly related to construction products/materials. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry (or related). A degree (or equivalent) in relevant engineering or science discipline
