Quantity Surveyor (Steelworks)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a quantity surveyor to get involved in fantastic projects working for some of the worlds biggest Construction Companies. The role will involve working closely with our team and our Clients teams to maintain financial stability and also to continue to forge great relationships. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications A varied experience will be hugely beneficial across a variety of projects and sectors - Estimating - Producing bills of quantities - Attendance at contract meetings - Preparation of Applications, production of Interim and Final Accounts - Contract Financial control ensuring that Instruction procedures are followed Required Qualifications and Learning - A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent - 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying - IT literate - Good communication and team work skills Preferred Experience - Experience of JCT and NEC contracts - Experience of running multiple sites
