Site Manager - Residential Temporary position to permanent West London £220 £260 per day ASAP Start New build residential Opportunity to work with a very successful contractor who predominately operate in the South East, on one of their flagship projects in West London. All of the units have high end finishing and the produce is really something to be proud of. The project has started and is at demolition stage. 30+ traditional build apartments to be taken from ground through to completion. The job is logistically challenging as well as well programmed and resource. My client is looking for a number 1 site Manager who has delivered similar project from day 1 to completion and handover. The master programme is ready for you, for when you start. I reiterate YOU MUST HAVE DONE SIMMILAR PROJECTS AS A NUMBER 1 SITE MANAGER TO BE CONSIDERED. My client is looking for someone with a stable CV which shows jobs completed from start to finish.
